Patton provides peace of mind with our priority service. Keeping your unit serviced regularly means peak efficiency and keeps your warranty intact.
With our Priority Service Agreement, we’ll schedule your service early each season. We’ll clean your unit and inspect all maintenance items, and follow our 15-Point Service Check List. Of course, we’ll work around your calendar and commitments.
As an added benefit, Priority Service Agreement holders receive a 15% discount on all parts. This discount applies to any required repairs beyond traditional service and maintenance, including emergency service repairs.
Perhaps the most important part of the Priority Service Agreement comes if you need emergency service. As you can imagine, the busiest times for a Heating and Air Conditioning Company like ours is during the heat of the summer or the most frigid days of winter. If you need emergency service, we’ll always be there first for our Priority Service customers.
While we make every effort to schedule emergency service for anyone who calls in, we give Priority Scheduling to our existing Priority Service Agreement customers. If your AC decides to take a vacation when temperatures reach 100 degrees, you’ll be glad you’re on Priority Service.
Our Priority Service Agreements are one-year commitments.
However, as long as you continue your service agreement from year to year, we lock in your price for five years.
That means if you sign up for our Priority Service Agreement today, your price is locked in for the next five years! That’s five full years at today’s prices.
